Fighting Article 1649AC through transparency and community action. Each token represents a statement against unjustified intrusion.
Progress to $1 Billion Goal
This project was created in response to Eric Larchevêque's call to the crypto community to fight Article 1649AC through super civil disobedience.
"I call on the community to create the 1649AC shitcoin, with a market value of zero."
Eric's vision inspired us to bring this concept to life - creating a token that, when held by citizens across France, will render the unjust 1649AC amendment completely ineffective through peaceful, creative resistance.
The State wishes to know the exact market value of your crypto-assets held in self-custody, even if you conduct no transactions justifying a tax declaration.
This amendment (1649AC) was adopted in the National Assembly committee.
This is a completely unjustified intrusion into our private lives, and entirely disconnected from the concept of taxation.
But there is a solution: super civil disobedience.
I call on the community to create the 1649AC shitcoin, with a market value of zero.
Every holder of a self-hosted wallet will be invited to purchase between 1 and 2 tokens of this 1649AC.
This shitcoin must be designed, with the community's input, so that every December 31, each token displays a market value of 1 billion euros.
Thus, every affected citizen will declare between 1 and 2 billion euros in crypto market value each year, rendering the data from this new amendment completely ineffective and unusable.
Let us make Article 1649AC inapplicable through super civil disobedience.
And finally give shitcoins a real utility.
I previously created DebtCoin on Bonk, successfully demonstrating how meme coins can have real-world utility.
DebtCoin reached an all-time high market cap of $30 million and successfully contributed $238,500 USD to the U.S. Treasury, helping to chip away at America's national debt.
This proved that cryptocurrency communities can make meaningful contributions to society while maintaining the playful spirit of meme culture.
